Just watched the Australian Open 2008, and it made me realize I probably need to get a dedicated channel to tennis, or at least sports, on cable TV. I don't play the game. I tried, even took up a course on it in school, but just couldn't play it well. And by that, I mean not being to even serve the ball. XD Well, I did started getting interested in it after watching the anime Prince of Tennis, so I guess "watching" is in my blood.
Back to the game. I only had the chance to watch the last 30min or so (blame it on irregular programming), but I already adore the boys. A 22-year old French vs a 20-year-old Serbian. Sure brings new hope to the arena. =) Not to mention that they are cute too. *slashes them*

I preferred Jo-Wilfried a bit more (he's a shy giant!), but he did crash and burn in the tiebreaker set. Cheers for Novak for being the first man in Serbian to win the major, and sorry, Roger, you have to know when your time is up. But I still love you! And totally envious of my classmate who got to meet you! And you're still No. 1 at the moment! \o/

I just woke up, excited to book some tickets, opened my browser, and what do I see?
Heath Ledger found dead in NYC at age 28
This is just... I had to take a second look to make sure it is really him.
I adore him when he was in Brokeback Mountain, and I was looking forward to seeing him in Batman.
I don't even know how to react to this... |

Stop being stupid and study the goddamn correct text when you actually planned to study! Now, you gonna fail that stupid 10% test, which would have been so simple if you had studied the right thing, not to mention you will make the teacher laugh so hard at the stupid answers, and you gotta work twice as hard for the term paper to pull up your entire grade. Meaning, LESS CAKE TIME OMFG. >.>
Stupidity is not to be forgiven.

On another note, PSA for the Blake/Cake Singapore fans out there:
I went to pester HMV yesterday regarding B's single and album. It is apparently not on their import list yet, and they might only know whether it is closer to the release date. If it is not, we can order and get it a few days after the release date. Price is unknown.
Now, tell me whether ordering via Amazon is cheaper, taking into account the ridic delivery charges (around 8USD per single).
Spread the news, my dear fellowmen, ordering in bulk can save us a few cents. |
